My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training.
As an entrepreneur since 2017 who navigated undiagnosed ADHD (late diagnosed at 30), I've lived to tell the tale.
Low self-worth, depression, anxiety, riddled with shame and guilt; I know what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside while repeating the burnout cycles on the inside.
Learning how to work with my nervous system and rewire the patterns driving my behaviour changed everything; that shift wasn’t surface-level, it was identity-freakin-deep.
My calling? To guide other women with ADHD through this transformative work and reclaim their true selves.
Blending subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, and grounded spirituality, I help women with ADHD build deep self-trust and safety so their growth feels sustainable and embodied.
My approach is warm but honest; structured, supportive, and gently challenging. I’m not here for quick-fix confidence or toxic positivity. I’m here for the kind of change that lasts.
Alongside coaching work, I’ve built and continue to run three successful businesses while honouring my mental health and capacity; proof that ambition and alignment can coexist.
