I’m already aware of what I need to change… why am I still stuck?

Awareness is powerful don't get me wrong... but awareness alone doesn’t change patterns. It's like knowing you're lactose intolerant and still choosing to eat dairy anyway (been there, regretted that)!

Many women with ADHD understand their behaviours intellectually, but the nervous system and subconscious habits driving those behaviours are still running the show... every single second.

My work focuses on shifting those deeper layers so change feels natural, not forced – so you can choose differently (yes, even when it comes to dairy).

Is this similar to therapy?

I ask myself this question whenever I'm in Mecca!

While traditional therapy often explores revisiting and healing the past, my work supports you in understanding patterns and creating identity-level change in the present.

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, and I use tools such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, nervous system healing, and intuitive practices, to help you shift how you relate to yourself moving forward. It's not about the past situation itself, but how you relate to it contextually and how it impacts you now.

What if I don’t want to completely change who I am?

That's a good thing! You don’t need to become someone completely new because this work isn’t about fixing yourself, you aren't broken my love.

This is about releasing what no longer fits for where you want to go in life. Think of it like updating your software, because having the latest computer and trying to run it on Windows 95 won't work. You're not going to see real changes in life while running on an outdated belief system.

The goal isn’t to replace who you are, but to help you reclaim yourself by unlearning beliefs that weren't yours to begin with.

How is this different from other coaching?

I don’t just help you change your habits, I help you change your relationship with yourself with my warm and honest approach; I'll gently hold your hand while giving you a bit of tough love. Instead of relying on motivation or discipline, we work at the level of subconscious patterns and safety so growth feels natural and sustainable for you.

I know it works because I've gone from being undiagnosed, overworked, underpaid, and overwhelmed, to living my dream, becoming more present, trusting myself, and knowing my worth, thanks to this kind of identity-level work.
